Ayurveda & Panchakarma

Panchkarma is one of the prominent Ayrvedic tools used to restore balance to the body and this can be achieved  through the use of herbalized oils, body treatments (including oil massage), steam therapy, herbal paste therapy, shirodhara, nasal therapy, vomiting therapy, enema therapy, and purgation therapy.

The word Ayurveda comes from the Indian scholar language Sanskrit and is combined of ayur = life and veda = science. With 1st scientifically documented history of more than 3,000 years, it is the oldest medical system worldwide, mainly spread over the Indian subcontinent.

Ayurveda places great emphasis on prevention and encourages maintaining health by paying close attention to balance in one’s life through right thinking, diet, lifestyle and use of herbs.

At Niramaya The Centre for Special Abled Children & NeuroPsychiatry, Noida/India our focus is on complete Holistic Healing of all NeuroPsychiatric disorders rather than just wellness.
